Before you use the academic module ensure you have done all settings especially the 'academic module settings' and 'more academic Module settings' as can be seen in our 'Getting started: Setting up A Fresh Portal' article. Then, use the following steps to use the academic module:


Step 1: Record Grades or get Teachers to record grades through their end

Step 2: Record Behaviour and Skills or get Teachers to record behaviour and skills through their end.

Step 3: Generate Mid Term Report (If applicable)

Step 4: Generate Term Results

Step 5: View and print Broadsheet (If applicable)

Step 6: Do promotions (if applicable)



Others

Step 7: Generate Pins (If you want to require students/parents to use pins to access report cards)
