Step 1: Publish Result from the previous term
Step 2: Create the new Term (Create a new session if applicable)
Step 3: Set the new Term (and set new session if applicable)
Step 4: Add Grade and CAE Systems (You may use the default grade and CAE if there is no change)
Step 5: Add new members and change the status of the old ones if necessary
