Getting Started: Setting Up For A New Term

So you have used NERSAPP portal and it is a new term and you are wondering how to set up for a new school term. The following steps will guide you.
Step 1: Publish Result from the previous term
Step 2: Create the new Term (Create a new session if applicable)
Step 3: Set the new Term (and set new session if applicable)
Step 4: Add grade and CAE systems (You may use the default grade and CAE if there is no change)
Step 5: Add new members and change the status of the old ones if necessary
Step 6: Create the school calendar for the Term
Step 7: Create invoices for all the students for the Term
