As a student, you need to obtain your log in details from your school portal administrator to be able to login to your account. This guide will help you use your account after that:


1. Edit your profile as follows:


  1. Click on “My Profile” menu

  2. In the Workplace, you have both the View Mode and Edit Mode (Changes are only made in the Edit Mode, and the Changes made are viewed in the View Mode)

  3. Click on View (Clicking on View will take you to the Editing mode)

Here you can add or edit your information such as personal, medical, contact as well as your PASSWORD. 

  1. Click “Update Profile” Located at the top right hand of the workspace.



2. View events


You can view your school's events calendar as follows:

  1. Click on the ‘Event’ menu and all the events on the school calendar will be displayed.

  2. On the top right hand of the calendar is 'showing', click on it to choose if you want the event to display events for 'Today', 'Week' or 'Month'. 

  3. You may toggle between days, weeks and months as it applies by clicking on the <> icon.


3. Using the Pmail/SMS module: You can send and receive internal messages and send SMS by reading these articles:

4. Make payments: To make fee payment do the following

        1. Click on “Make Fee Payment” menu

        2. Select the school term you want to make payment in the 'Term' box

        3. Select your name in the 'Student' box and then clock on 'Load IR' button and                   the invoices for the term will show in the drop-down

        4. In the 'action' column of the drop-down, click on the payment (Card) Icon. On                  the dialog box that appears you choose the method of payment.

        5. If you want to make payment with your card select 'Online payment' and then                  'Paystack' and click on process payment and then a pop-up will appear requiring               your card details which you should supply to complete the transaction.  

        6. If you made the payment directly to the school bank account via bank transfer                or at the bank select the  ‘Record Payment’ as the payment type. Input the                      ‘Payment Date’, ‘Amount’, ‘Method of payment’ and put the transaction number               in the memo/note section and the click on 'Process Payment'. The process will                 become complete and Receipt will become available after the school finance                     manager verifies the transaction.

Viewing and printing Invoices 

You may want to print your invoice which has instances of payments on it and thus can serve as your receipt too. To do that:

      1. Follow step 1 to 3 if you are not in the invoice environment. 

      2. To view an invoice, scroll to the invoice on the drop-down list and on the ‘actions’            column click on the eye icon to view the invoice. There is an option to print the               invoice once it pops up.

      3. You can also print by clicking the printer icon on the ‘actions’ list.


  

Viewing and printing Receipt 

Receipts show the instances that payment has been made on invoices. To view and print receipts do as follows

  

      1. Follow step 1 to 3 if you are not in the invoice environment. 

      2. Click on the receipt menu beside the invoice menu and it will display the receipts             for the payments made in the invoices displayed from step one.

      3. To view a receipt, scroll to the receipt on the drop-down list and on the ‘actions’              column click on the eye icon to view the receipt. There is an option to print the               receipt at the buttom, once it pops up.

      4. You can also print by clicking the printer icon on the ‘actions’ list.

6.  How to view/print Term Reports: Student may view and print their report cards as follows

        1. Click on “Term Reports” menu

     2. Select the session and term you want to the report from and it will load the main             report and the infographics report for you to view

    3. To print the main report or the infogrphics report; click on the print icon on the top          right side when you are on their view
