You may want to place the signature of a school manager on your receipts as payment receipt authentication. The signatures may also be different for each school level i.e nursery school may have a different head from secondary school, so we have also made it possible to select different signatures for each school level. This can be achieved as follows:


  1. Click on ‘Portal setting’ on the menu 

  2. Click on ‘Finance’ Sub Menu

  3. Scroll to the ‘Fee setting for managers’ section’ 

  4. Select school level (How to create school level)

  5. Select the Manager whose signature you want to reflect on that levels receipt

  6. Repeat step 4 and 5 for all the levels in your school.

  7. Scroll to the bottom and click on ‘Update Settings’ to save your choice.
