Bear in mind that after creating invoice templates (How to create invoice template), you still have to create invoices one for each class. This is done by using the following steps:
1. Click on ‘Finance’ on the Menu
2. Click on ‘Fees’
3. Click on ‘Invoices/Receipts’.
4. Click on ‘add invoices’ on the right-hand corner
5. Select a class and click on ‘create invoice’
6. Repeat this for all the classes.
