NERSAPP has an invoice and receipt system for fees payment. Invoice templates are created (How to create invoice templates) at the beginning of the term and then invoices are generated for every student. 

A receipt is generated for every instance of payment (how to record payment) made for an invoice while the payment is also reflected on the invoice. 

While receipt can be viewed and printed by or for the parent/student, you may want to print the invoice as proof of full payment instead. This can be activated as follows:


  1. Click on ‘Portal setting’ on the menu 

  2. Click on ‘Finance’ Sub Menu

  3. Under ‘Payment’ check ‘invoice to receipt’’ 

  4. Scroll to the bottom and click on ‘Update Settings’ to save your choice.
