To view created invoices do the following:
1. Click on ‘Finance’ on the Menu
2. Click on ‘Fees’
3. Click on ‘Invoices/Receipts’.
4. By default, the Invoice subsection has been selected.
5. If you want to load the invoice of a particular student then select the term, student class, students invoice template and then the student name and click on ‘load IR’ and then the student will appear below. If you want to view the invoices of students in a class – select term, class and click on ‘load IR’ and then the students will appear below.
Note that there are options and a combination of options while loading invoices to view. There is an option to show invoices with issues or invoices with no issues or to show both. There is an option to view by parents or to view by a student. There is an option to all status or cleared or not cleared or partially cleared. There is also an option to show all payment or overpayment. To select an option or a combination of options there is an icon by the ‘Load IR’, click on it and in the drop-down make your choice(s).
6. To view an invoice, scroll to the student's row on the drop-down list and on the ‘actions’ column click on the eye icon. There is an option to print the invoice once it pops up.
7. You can also print by clicking the printer icon on the ‘actions’ list.
