Nigerian number directory for SMS (special contacts)

NERSAPP has been embedded with what we refer to as ‘special contacts’. These special contacts are phone numbers of different phone users in all the local governments of each state in Nigeria. A school may decide to advertise her product(s), for example, to random phone users in a given location and can choose to do that using this platform. These selected number of users will then get the sms randomly. To access these special contacts, follow the steps below:

1.       Go to ‘Pmail’ on the menu

2.       Go to ‘External contacts’ submenu

3.       By default, the ‘special contacts’ list pops up showing the total number of phone users Nigeria by state and local governments. And so from there, a user may decide to send bulk sms to random numbers based on locations.
