How to transfer SMS credit to other users

School Members can share their SMS Unit with other members within the school. When the transfer of sms unit is made, it reduces the total sms units left by the amount transferred. To transfer sms credit to other users, follow the steps below:

1.       Go to ‘Pmail’ on the menu

2.       Click on ‘Buy & Transfer Credit’ submenu

3.       Select ‘Credit Transfer’

4.       Select a member by typing in the name of the recipient in the appropriate box

5.       Enter a transfer amount (sms unit to be sent)

6.       Click on ‘transfer credit’. And immediately the amount is sent to the recipient
