How to print members’ details including passwords- SINGLE

For record purposes, there may be a need to print out the details of a member or group of members belonging to a particular category, more likely, in situations where such details, especially passwords would need to be given out to individual members on the school portal. To do this, take the following steps:

1.   Go to ‘Members’ from the menu

2.   Click on ‘Manage members’ submenu

3.   Select the member type (student, parent, teacher or manager) on the top left corner

4.   Select from the list of options available, when any of the checkboxes that you prefer to search by is selected

5.   Click on the ‘Search’ icon to load option(s) selected

6.   From the loaded records, (if you wish) type a name in the search box below to isolate a member from the list to ease the search.

7.   Click on the profile icon that appears at the far end of the member’s details that pops up

8.  Click on ‘Print Profile’.

How to print members’ details including passwords- MULTIPLE

Multiple members’ details can be printed out in a group, especially in situations where you want to have a quick view of many members at a glance on hard copy. This can be done through the following steps:

1.   Go to ‘Members’ from the menu

2.   Click on ‘Manage members’ submenu

3.   Select the member type (student, parent, teacher or manager) on the top left corner

4.   Select from the list of options available, when any of the checkboxes that you prefer to search by is selected

5.  Click on the ‘Search’ icon to load option(s) selected

6.  Check the boxes corresponding to the name of the members and click on ‘Print Details/ Reset Pwds’

7.  Select ‘Print’ from select operation option and check the ‘Plus Passwords’ box

8.  Click on ‘Print’
